Committee Honors Korean War Veterans with Wreath Laying Ceremony in Utah

The Department of Defense 60th Anniversary of the Korean War Commemoration Committee and the State of Utah Department of Veterans Affairs will commemorate Korean War Veterans with a wreath laying ceremony.

The Department of Defense 60th Anniversary of the Korean War Commemoration Committee and the State of Utah Department of Veterans Affairs commemorated Korean War Veterans with a wreath laying ceremony at the Memory Grove Park. Interviews following the wreath-laying ceremony were conducted by various media outlets from the local area. Approximately 200 guests attended the event. The committee members also visited two Veterans Nursing homes (Salt Lake and Ogden) to present certificates to the residents who were Korean War Veterans.
